The No. 25 Nebraska women’s gymnastics team (2-7, 1-2 Big Ten) will be on the road on Sunday, Feb. 9 against the No. 17 Michigan Wolverines (5-2, 2-1 Big Ten). The meet is slated to start at 12 p.m. (CT) at the Crisler Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan and will be streamed on B1G+.
Saturday’s matchup marks the 64th time that Nebraska and Michigan have faced off. Michigan holds a 35-27-1 lead in the series. The last time the two teams faced off was during the 2024 season on Saturday, Jan. 27, when the Wolverines grabbed a 196.900-195.275 victory.

Last Time Out
The Big Red fell to Iowa on Saturday 196.500-195.725 at the Bob Devaney Sports Center.
Emma Spence and Halle Rourke both grabbed individual titles. Spence notched a 9.900 on bars to claim the title, and Rourke tied her career high on floor (9.900) to grab the floor title.
Isabel Sikon (bars) also earned a career high with a 9.850, while Emma Simpton (bars) tied her career best with a 9.850.
Scouting the Competition
Michigan currently sits third place in the Big Ten and sits at No. 28 in the Road to Nationals poll. The Wolverines have conference victories over No. 16 Ohio State and Washington, with a loss to No. 6 Michigan State. They average a team score of 196.200, with their highest being 196.975 against Michigan State.
Jahzara Ranger led Michigan in the all-around in its most recent meet, a 196.600-196.025 victory over the Buckeyes. Kayli Boozer also put together a career-best 9.950 on beam.
