Huskers Remain First in March NTCA Rankings

The Nebraska bowling team continues to sit atop the NTCA rankings as the 2025 NTCA March poll was released on Thursday. 

The Huskers received a total of 2,257 points and 40 first-place votes, finishing in front of No. 2 Jacksonville State (2,142 points, 11 first-place votes) and No. 3 Vanderbilt (2,062 points, one first-place vote). The updated rankings saw Youngstown State (1,924 points, one first-place vote) climb into fourth and Wichita State (1,802 points) round out the top-five. 

In February, the Huskers claimed a third-place finish at the Storm Flyer Classic, followed by a fifth-place finish at the Mid-Winter Invitational. NU ended their regular season with a perfect 11-0 performance at the Big Red Invitational, boasting a 218.5 average over the three days of competition. 

The Big Red also sit in first in the NTCA RPI rankings with a 91-23 overall record, including 54 wins over opponents ranked in the top 25, and 15 wins over teams ranked in the NTCA top five.
