Redshirt Freshman (2024-25)
Jenna Brown helped contribute to a second place finish in the 400 medley relay (3:58.93) in a dual against the South Dakota State Jackrabbits on Nov. 8. Individually, she added a first place finish in the 100 butterfly with a time of 59.83. 

Brown captured first-place and a seasonal best in the 200 fly (2:02.41) against the Kansas Jayhawks (Nov. 1). She also delivered a sixth-place finish in the 100 fly (57.96), adding another seasonal best performance.

Brown recorded a second-place finish in the 200 fly (2:05.08) in a dual against the Iowa State Cyclones (Oct. 25) at the Devaney Natatorium. She also contributed to a fifth-place 200 medley relay (1:49.99) alongside teammates Sydney McCracken, Amelia Riggott, and Jazmyn Lunn. 

Jenna continued her strong push in a dual against Iowa (Oct. 18) by placing first in the 200 butterfly (2:04.90) and a solid fourth-place finish in the 100 fly (58.50). 

After taking a redshirt season in her first year as a Husker in 2023-24, Brown got her competitive collegiate career off to a solid start with a fifth-place finish in the 200 butterfly (2:08.37) in Nebraska's season-opening double-dual with No. 24 Minnesota and South Dakota at the Devaney Natatorium (Oct. 4). She added eighth-place finishes in the 100 fly (59.99) and the 1,000 freestyle (10:58.97) against the Golden Gophers and Coyotes.

Redshirt (2023-24)
Brown took a redshirt season in her first year at Nebraska in 2023-24. The true freshman from Louisville, Ky., performed well in the classroom and claimed sports on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in both the fall and spring semesters of 2023-24.

Before Nebraska
Brown competed primarily in the 200 butterfly and 200 freestyle for duPont Manual High School in Louisville, Ky., where she placed second in the 200 freestyle and fifth in the 200 butterfly at the 2023 KHSSA Championships. In 2022, she earned a fourth-place finish in the 200 free and fifth in the 100 fly. She placed fourth in the 200 free and eighth in the 100 fly in 2021 and fifth in the 200 free and eighth in the 100 fly in 2020.

Personal
The daughter of Dan and Angela Brown, Jenna  was born on Aug. 17, 2005. She has one brother, Jackson. Jenna is majoring in management and earned spot on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll in the fall and spring semesters of 2023-24. She was named to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team in 2024 for her service in the Lincoln community.
