Mackenzie Courter joined Nebraska Athletics as a performance nutrition coordinator in April 2025. Courter is responsible for assisting the football team with performance nutrition.
Courter joins the Huskers after serving as a sports nutrition fellow at the University of Idaho where she oversaw performance nutrition for men's and women's basketball and the fueling station. She completed her sports nutrition internship rotations with LSU Athletics, serving both football and Olympic sports.
Mackenzie is a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio, attended Bowling Green State University, where she received her bachelor's degree in dietetics and her master's degree in food and nutrition.
